What you’re experiencing sounds deeply distressing, especially because it involves someone you once trusted. Try not to engage publicly or feel pressured to defend yourself against every accusation; instead, protect your peace by limiting or blocking their access to you, keeping evidence of any harassment, and focusing on what you can control. At the same time, avoid completely isolating yourself try to reach out to someone you trust and allow yourself support. Most importantly, because this situation is affecting your sleep and appetite, take those changes seriously and prioritize your wellbeing. You don’t need to understand exactly why this person is behaving this way before setting boundaries, and if the distress continues or worsens, consider speaking with a mental health professional for support.
