The Question

I want to inquire about ADHD

So I understand ADHD is a mental disorder where a person has a hard time paying attention, siting still, or controlling impulses. How can one increase attention, do an activity or control impulses especially for behaviors with negative effects

ADHD can affect attention, impulse control and executive functioning so some helpful strategies I can recommend include:

🧠 Break tasks into smaller steps.

⏱️ Use timers and short focus periods with breaks.

📋 Use reminders, routines and checklists.

🔕 Reduce distractions where possible.

⏸️ When you feel an impulse, create a pause stop, breathe, consider the consequence then choose your response.

Also I recommend trying hard to your triggers to help plan alternative responses ahead of time. Thank you for inquiring hope this helps in some way
