Hello, sorry about what you are going through with your mother. This must be scary for you and the others in the house as it puts questions of physical security for herself and others in your mind. Your mother could be going through something that needs proper assessment to determine the actual problem as you don't mention how long she has been displaying aggressive behaviour. Is this something that started after she was discharged from the hospital? Kindly see a Psychologist or  counsellor who can use different techniques to find out the actual problem but if you can not afford it then try a trusted relative close to her to talk to her when calm. In the meantime devise means to protecr the rest especially if the home has children and if this persists, please seek professional help from a Psychologist or psychiatrist.
