I'm truly sorry to hear about what you're going through. Discovering a partner's infidelity, especially repeatedly, is incredibly painful and can leave you feeling hurt, betrayed, and uncertain about the future. It's especially difficult when children are involved, as their well-being becomes a central concern. It's important to acknowledge your feelings and recognize that you deserve respect, love, and honesty in your relationship. The lack of remorse from your partner adds another layer of complexity and pain to an already difficult situation.

Considering your options and planning for the future can be daunting, but it's crucial for your well-being and that of your children. Moving on from a relationship, particularly when you have kids, is challenging, but staying in a situation where you are disrespected and unhappy can be detrimental in the long run. It's important to focus on creating a stable and loving environment for your children, and that often starts with taking care of yourself. Reaching out to local support services, such as  legal advice, and community resources, can help you navigate this difficult transition and ensure that you and your children are well-supported and safe.

Absolutely, it's important to acknowledge the impact that stress and emotional abuse can have on your well-being. Emotional abuse can leave deep scars and significantly affect your mental and emotional health, leading to feelings of anxiety, depression, and a diminished sense of self-worth. Stress, whether from emotional abuse or other sources, can exacerbate these feelings, making it difficult to cope with daily life. It's crucial to recognize that you don't have to navigate this alone, and seeking help is a strong and positive step towards healing.

Have you considered couple counseling? Talking to a therapist or counselor can provide a safe space for both of  you to express your feelings and experiences without judgment. A professional will help you understand and process your emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards rebuilding your self-esteem and resilience. They can offer support tailored to your specific needs and guide you through your journey to recovery or rebonding. Remember, reaching out for help is a sign of strength, and taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.

If you are currently feeling suicidal or are in crisis, call 911 or proceed to your local emergency room.
