I find it hard opening up to people because I think everyone judges me
Wanting someone to sit with you, listen, and not judge you is such a human need. When you have spent a long time expecting criticism or rejection, opening up can start to feel unsafe—even when part of you really wants connection.
Therapy can also be a really good place to practice this. A therapist can give you a confidential, non-judgmental space to talk, understand where the fear of being judged comes from, and slowly build confidence in being seen as you are.
